Privacy notice
Your information
This notice explains what we do with the details you give us through this website, by email or by phone.
Who we are
Psyche Concepts Limited is responsible for your personal information. You can contact us about privacy at oajose@psycheconcepts.com or on 07852 821179.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation (if given), the service and property type you choose, and the project details you write. This can include the address of the property.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey and prepare a quotation.
- To carry out and manage work you ask us to do.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are received through our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our business email. These providers process the data on our behalf. Netlify may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We share details with subcontractors only when they need them to do work for you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months. Where we carry out work, we keep records for as long as we need them for the job, warranties, and our legal and accounting obligations, normally up to 6 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email oajose@psycheconcepts.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
